Though to be fair, the dx11 error can't be fixed without getting a new GPU really.
If two mods were made separate in which one mod changes the shaders to a resolution of something small like 144p and the other mod finds a way to render GUI through the GPU, this would fix nearly everyone's problems with the game besides the crashing and dx11 error. if anything has been recently released, could someone throw me a quick link? Well, the reason the game lag happens for most people is because of the shaders and the reason people's GUI lags is because it's rendering to their CPU when they only have a good GPU. are there any forums / mod sites for Storm 4 that you can think of? I checked Nexusmods but they haven't even gotten a page up for the game yet.
